Once You have drawn a will how can you safely secure custody of it
Generally in the United Kingdom, there isn't really a will saving system. So what we generally find is that people deposit their wills in either a safety deposit box at the bank or they enter into a custody arrangement with a solicitor. Or a professional trustee that could very well be one of those three types of arrangements, but generally there isn't a a central storage system or central filing system for your will here in England.
Generally what people do is once they’re finished executing their will is they give a copy to their intended executor.
